The Rackam Block sneakers feature the classic lines of a Rackam style upper and outsole. The perforated panels at the side and back create breathability, while the filled heel guard offers support.
Our G-Star Raw Rackam comes in a stylish, yet rugged neutral taupe brown colourway. Incorporating technical detailing with soft, but tough material, these shoes allow you to embrace style whilst also serving you as durable long-lasting durable footwear.
We are a proud member of the Leather Working Group (LWG). The LWG certifies leather manufacturing facilities based on environmental performance in areas such as water and energy use, air emissions and waste. Through our partnership with LWG, we source 100% of our leather from gold and silver rated LWG leather manufacturers and we enable product level claim use on websites & e-commerce product descriptions, as on hangtags, swing tickets, packaging. By use of LWG leather for our uppers we present the market a sustainable G-Star RAW footwear product.
Within our collection we use recycled materials, certified with the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). The GRS is an international, full product standard that sets requirements for third-party certification of recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions. By use of GRS-certified materials, we reduce the harmful impact of production on people and the environment, and we provide assurance that our products are processed in a more climate-friendly way.
